Vascular Surgeon from New York, USA, Dr. Pravin Shah, Conducts his First Workshop as Oasis Facilitator |

Dr. Pravin Shah, renowned Vascular Surgeon from New York, USA, had promised to contribute 10 days to Oasis & he kept up his promise by coming down to Oasis Valleys in the month of Dec 2014. |
In a span of just 10 days he participated in the workshop eager to learn with an open mind. He underwent facilitators' training with a lot of sincerity & dedication. Immediately after that he facilitated his first workshop – MHS (Mahaan Hrudayona SaReGaMaPaDhaNi) part I. Each & every participant in the workshop fell in love with him as he was able to simplify all the topics of the workshop |

& put forward with real life examples, which touched everybody's hearts.
15 professionals & youths, from Gujarat & outside, participated in the orientation workshop for Oasis L3 Course, which was facilitated by Dr. Pravin Shah during 15-17th December, organized at Oasis Valleys. Hiral Patel, Chief Program Co-ordinator, Oasis, assisted Pravinbhai during the workshop.

વ્યક્તિગત, પારિવારિક, સામાજિક ઉત્થાનનો આધાર સ્તંભ એટલે ‘ઓએસિસ’
જીવનના ધબકારની શાળા એટલે ઓએસિસ કાર્યશાળા. કાર્યપદ્ધતિ વિશિષ્ટ છે અને 'કાર્યશાળા' શબ્દને ચરિતાર્થ કરે છે. વ્યક્તિત્વનાં દરેક પાસાને સ્પર્શી તેને ખીલવવાનો પૂર્ણત: પ્રયાસ છે. માનવ-માનવ વચ્ચે સંબંધોનો સેતુ બાંધવામાં સહાયક છે. વ્યક્તિના પાયાનાં મૂલ્યોનું સ્થાપન, ઉછેર અને સંવર્ધન થઈ રહ્યું છે.
સંચાલકનું વ્યક્તિત્વ પ્રેમાળ, ઉત્સાહિત, આનંદિત, સરળ, સહજ અને સુંદર છે. કાર્ય કરવાની પોતાની આગવી પદ્ધતિ છે જે દરેકના હૃદયને સ્પર્શે છે અને સ્પંદિત કરે છે. શિક્ષણની વિધ વિધ પદ્ધતિઓનો ઉપયોગ કરી ઊંડાઈ સુધી પહોંચ્યા છે. દરેક કાર્યમાં દરેક વ્યક્તિને સાથે લઈ, એમના દૃષ્ટિકોણને અભિવ્યક્ત કરાવવાની તાકાત ધરાવે છે. સામાજિક ઉત્થાનના સહ-ભાગીદાર છે.

કાર્યશાળાએ અમારું જીવન કંઈક અલગ રીતે અને ખુશ રહી જીવવાનું માર્ગદર્શન આપ્યું. કાર્યશાળાની બાબતો ખૂબ જ ઉપયોગી છે. તેનાથી આત્મવિશ્વાસમાં વધારો થયો છે અને બાળઉછેરમાં ખૂબ મદદરૂપ થશે.

આટલાં વર્ષો સુધી ખબર નહોતી કે કોઈ દિવસ હૃદયમાં જોયું ન હતું કે તે શું કહે છે. આજે આ કાર્યશાળાએ ખરેખર એ કરી બતાવ્યું. માણસને માણસ બનવા માટે શું જોઈએ અથવા સાચું સુખ કયું છે તે જ્ઞાન થયું; જે એક અદ્ભુત બાબત છે.

કાર્યશાળાની તમામ બાબતોનો જીવનમાં ઉપયોગ કરી મહાન બનીશ
મારા જીવનમાં Will-Powerને super બનાવવા તથા Careerને improve કરવામાં આ કાર્યશાળાની તમામ બાબતો ખૂબ જ જરૂરી અને મહત્ત્વની લાગી છે. એ તમામ બાબતોનો જીવનમાં ઉપયોગ કરી મહાન બનીશ.
કાર્યશાળાના સંચાલક પ્રવીણભાઈ ખૂબ જ ઊંડું અને તલસ્પર્શી જ્ઞાન ધરાવે છે. કાર્યક્રમને ચલાવવાની તેમની આગવી સૂઝ છે. તેઓ દરેક બાબતને ખૂબ જ ઊંડાણથી અને સરળતાથી સમજાવે છે. તેઓ ખૂબ જ નિખાલસ અને સ્માર્ટ વ્યક્તિત્વ ધરાવે છે. હિરલબેન ખૂબ જ સંવેદનશીલ અને સરળ સ્વભાવનાં છે. જે મુદ્દા સમજ ન પડે તેને સરળતાથી વિવિધ ઉદાહરણો આપી સમજાવવાની આગવી શૈલી ધરાવે છે.

કાર્યશાળા દરેક સહભાગીને પોતાની જાતનો પરિચય કરાવે છે. કાર્યશાળા સુંદર, રસપ્રદ અને પોતાના લક્ષ્ય તરફ પ્રયાણ કરતું જીવન જીવવાનું શીખવે છે. પોતાનાં સપનાં કેવી રીતે સાકાર કરવાં, કેવી રીતે ત્યાં સુધી પહોચવું એ બાબત સ્પષ્ટ થઈ જે એક માતા તરીકે ખૂબ જ ઉપયોગી થશે.

An Orientation Workshop for Oasis L3 Course was organized at Oasis Valleys during 10-12th December. 16 professionals underwent the first experience of L3 Course. The uniqueness and the facilitation touched their hearts. The workshop was facilitated by chief facilitator, Sheeba Nair.

મારો આત્મવિશ્વાસ મને જુસ્સા સાથે પાછો મળ્યો
• અહીં આવ્યાં તો ખબર પડી કે હજી પણ હું કંઈક કરવા માટે સક્ષમ છું.
• મારો આત્મવિશ્વાસ મને જુસ્સા સાથે પાછો મળ્યો.
• આ જિંદગી મને કુદરતે આપી છે તો હું પણ કુદરતને અને મને ગમે તેવું કામ કરીને જ જઈશ.
• મારી દીકરી વિશેનો મારો દૃષ્ટિકોણ બદલાયો અને અત્યાર સુધીના મારા વર્તન વિષે મને ખૂબ જ દુઃખ થયું.

પોતાના જીવનધ્યેય સુધી પહોચવા માટેનું માર્ગદર્શન આ કાર્યશાળામાં જ મળી શક્યું
ત્રણ દિવસની કાર્યશાળા આમ તો જીવનરૂપી કાર્યશાળા માટે ઘણી નાની છે, પરંતુ તેમાં સમજાવવામાં આવેલા સિદ્ધાંતો એ આ જીવનરૂપી કાર્યશાળાને ચલાવવા માટે ખૂબ જ અગત્યના છે. કાર્યશાળા દરમ્યાન કરાવવામાં આવેલાં કાર્યો અને જીવનમાં તેમનું મહત્ત્વ - એ ખૂબ જ પ્રભાવશાળી રહ્યાં. દરેક વ્યક્તિને પોતાનું જીવનધ્યેય હોવા માટેનું અને ત્યાં સુધી પહોચવા માટેનું માર્ગદર્શન આ કાર્યશાળામાં જ મળી શક્યું છે.
શીબાબહેને જે રીતે સંચાલન કર્યું છે એ જ આ કાર્યશાળાનું રહસ્ય છે. આટલું ઉચ્ચ કોટિનું અને તલસ્પર્શી જ્ઞાન અને તેની ઊંડી સમજણ અમને આપવા બદલ હું આપનો અને કાર્યશાળા સંચાલકનો ખૂબ ખૂબ આભારી છું.

જીવનમાં ક્યાં જવું છે, શું કરવું છે, શું બનવું છે તે નક્કી થયું
સુંદર અનુભૂતિ થઈ. જીવનમાં કયા પ્રશ્નો છે એ સમજી. જીવનમાં ક્યાં જવું છે, શું કરવું છે, શું બનવું છે તે નક્કી થયું. જીવન કેમ આવું છે તે ખબર પડી. જીવનમાં શું સુધારા લાવવા છે તે નક્કી કરી શકી. આ કાર્યશાળામાં દરેક પોતાના મનનાં દ્વાર ખુલ્લાં મૂકી કાર્યશાળામાં પોતાનું નવું જીવન જીવવા નવાં પાસાં મનમાં ઉતારતાં હતાં એ મને ખૂબ ગમ્યું.
શીબાબહેને જિંદગી કેમ જીવાય તે શીખવ્યું, જ્યાં જરૂર પડી ત્યાં પ્રેમથી સમજાવ્યું. દરેક વિષયને પૂરેપૂરો ન્યાય આપ્યો. શીબાદીદી અદ્ભુત વ્યક્તિ છે, હાસ્યના ખળખળ વહેતા ઝરણા જેવાં, પોતાની ભૂલો પર પોતે જ હસે. પહેલીવાર વાત કરી તોય અજાણ્યા ન લાગ્યાં.

I am very delighted and very satisfied with the workshop
Honestly, I don’t have that many words to express the feelings and the learning that I have received in these 3 days. Everyone including participants, facilitator & co-facilitator were wonderful, friendly and loving people. The workshop was enlightening one with a number of things which I was unaware of. In few words if I can express than I would say that ‘My paradigm about life has changed.’

ઓએસિસ વર્કશોપ એ જિંદગીનો અમૂલ્ય, અદ્ભુત અને રોમાંચક અનુભવ રહ્યો. અહીં વિતાવેલી ક્ષણોએ રડાવ્યા, હસાવ્યા અને જિંદગીની કડવી તેમ જ સત્ય હકીકતોનો અહેસાસ કરાવ્યો. અત્યાર સુધી એક સામાજિક પ્રાણી બનીને જીવતા હતા, હવે ખરેખર માનવી તરીકે કેવી રીતે જીવવું જોઈએ એનું ભાન આવ્યું. માનવીનો અવતાર ફરી પાછો મળે ના મળે તો આ જ જન્મે મનુષ્યના મળેલા અવતારને કેવી રીતે સાર્થક કરી શકાય તેનું જ્ઞાન આપ્યું. એનું અમલીકરણ કઈ રીતે કરવું તે પણ શીખવ્યું.

હું મારી જાતને વધારે ને વધારે ઓળખતો થયો છું
મને અહીં આવીને ઘણું સારું લાગ્યું. હું મારી જાતને વધારે ને વધારે ઓળખતો થયો છું. Positive Energy Feel થઈ. ચાર દિવસ આટલી હરિયાળીમાં રહ્યો અને ઘણો બધો સમય મેં મારી જાત માટે આપ્યો એ ઘણું મહત્ત્વનું હતું.

આ જગ્યા તો મારા માટે ઘર જેવી જ હતી. બિલ્ડિંગ જોઈને અંદર આવીને I was pleasantly surprised. ખૂબ જ શાંત, પ્રેમાળ અને સતત કામ કરતાં લોકોને જોઈને એમના જેવા બની જવાની ઇચ્છા થઈ ગઈ. બહુ જ મજા આવી. અહીં આવ્યા પછી મારી પૉઝિટિવિટીમાં વધારો થયો. હું જે નિર્મળ આશા લઈને અહીં આવી હતી એ ઉપરાંતનું અહીં મને મળ્યું.
