 VISION
Project Misaal aims to spot, inspire, prepare, guide and support teenagers, youths, teachers, citizens who wish to bring about a positive cultural change in the society and country at large being the Change themselves first, i.e. they be Role-model of that change and lead others.
Different Stages of Misaal
Stage 1 : Essay Writing + Stage 2 : Group Dialogue + Stage 3 : Project Work
= Finding Spirit of Misaal
First Level
Essay Writing
To know the ideas and thoughts of participants on different problems of society and how innovative their solutions are.
Second Level
Group Dialogue
To evaluate their listening skills, openness to learn new things from different people, to test their communication skills and confidence level.
Third Level
Project Work (On field)
To test their commitment for the cause, ability to plan and execute, ability to resolve issues on their own, ability to work with others in teams, ability to involve people and create an impact in the society.

“ઓએસિસ મિસાલ પ્રોજેક્ટની હું ખૂબ આભારી છું કે આ કાર્ય દ્વારા અમે સૌ યુવાનો દેશ માટે સારાં કાર્યો કરવા અને કંઈ અલગ કરવા માટે પ્રેરાયા. દેશ માટે કંઈક કરવું એ મારી બાળપણની ઇચ્છા હતી, જે હવે કેટલાક અંશે પૂર્ણ થઈ રહી છે. હું ખૂબ ખુશ છું અને હું ઇચ્છું છું કે આવા પ્રોજેક્ટ ચાલતા રહે અને દેશમાં સુધારણાનાં કાર્યો થતાં રહે જેથી દેશ વધુ વિકસિત અને શિક્ષિત બની શકે. આ પ્રોજેક્ટ મારા માટે ખૂબ પ્રેરણાદાયી હતો. જેમાં અમારી લેખન કળા બહાર આવી, તેમજ અમે અમારા વિચારો અને કાર્યો જે કરવા માંગીએ છીએ તે લખી શક્યા. ત્યારબાદની જૂથ સ્પર્ધાઓ દ્વારા અમે અમારાં મંતવ્યો બીજા સ્પર્ધકો સામે રજૂ કર્યાં. તેનાથી મારો આત્મવિશ્વાસ વધ્યો અને બધા સામે પોતાના વિચારો રજૂ કરવાની પ્રેરણા મળી. મારા માટે આ તદ્દન જુદો જ અનુભવ હતો. પ્રોજેક્ટ વર્ક દ્વારા પણ અમે જુદા જુદા લોકોને મળીને દેશ માટે આપણે શું કરવું જોઈએ તે વિષય પર ચર્ચાઓ કરી ને ઘણી નવી વાતો શીખવા મળી.”

“મને આજે ખૂબ જ મજા આવી. તેને કહેવા માટે શબ્દો નથી. પ્રોજેક્ટના દિવસે મને ઘણી જગ્યાએથી સારા પ્રતિભાવો મળ્યા તો ઘણી જગ્યાએથી ખરાબ પ્રતિભાવો પણ મળ્યા. તેમ છતાં, મને ઘણું બધું શીખવા મળ્યું. મારો વિચાર હતો કે હું લોકોને કહીશ કે મારી વાત બીજા બે લોકો સુધી પહોચાડે ને મારા નંબર ઉપર missed call કરે. મને કુલ ૨૮ missed call આવ્યા. આ જાણીને મને  ખૂબ જ આનંદ થયો. મારી વાત બીજા ૨૮ લોકો સુધી પહોંચી. હું આ જ ઇચ્છતી હતી કે મારી વાત વધારે લોકો સુધી પહોંચે.”
