In almost last 3 decades now, Oasis has organically evolved as a MOVEMENT for Character Building. Individuals (young and adult) and Communities have thrived at Oasis in ways no words can describe. The core value for Oasis Movement is Education of Heart and so the new logo depicts the same.

Misaal Honourship is a Leadership Project of Oasis for youths, who have a Dream & a strong desire to do something for Society/ Country. It is a platform to recognize own strength and work on it. In June 2018, 20 young participants of Oasis programs decided to be explorers of Oasis Misaal Honourship, which is designed and facilitated by Sanjiv Shah (Founder of Oasis). The participants are learning as well as working in different departments of Oasis and today this program has become the highlight of Oasis.
