21 Facilitators Attend the Training Retreat on

'Learning To Be Very Effective Oasis Workshop Facilitator'

The last of the 11 inaugural functions at Oasis Valleys was a special Residential Retreat organized on 13-14th Dec, 2011 at Oasis Valleys Institute. It was the Training program for the first group of Oasis Workshop Facilitators consisting of a diverse group of Teachers, School Administrators, Architects, Designers, Professionals along with Oasis core team members. The workshop was facilitated by Shri Sanjiv Shah (Founder - Oasis Movement & Author - "Mahan Hrudayona SaReGaMaPaDhaNi").

Around Two Dozen Workshop Series Planned ahead for 2012

The 21 facilitators underwent the training; wherein they discussed and learnt various aspects of workshop facilitation. The program ended with an action plan of around 2 dozen workshop series being unleashed in 2012 by these friends across various cities in India!

As part of the same series, Snehal Shah, Architect of Oasis Valleys, ( S-Team,Surat), conducted his first ever workshop on Mahaan Hrudayona Sa Re Ga.. for his office team at Oasis Valleys Institute on 3 & 4th December, as part of the inauguration event! Congratulations to him!

More Than 400 People Participated through 11 Inaugural Events 

Parallel Events Celebrated At Rajkot, Vadodara & Surat

First Seminar Hosted by LIFE, Rajkot on 10th December

As part of inaugural programs for Oasis Valleys, on 10th Dec., 2011, Oasis Program "Learning Principals Of Learning Schools" was organized at LIFE building, Rajkot. Some 43 Principals & Senior teachers participated in the program. Shri Falgunbhai Sheth (Shaishav, Bhavnagar) and Shri Vatsal Dhruv (School on Wheels Project, Sister Nivedita Foundation, Rajkot) presented their projects. The program was conducted by Anjaniben Pandya (Chief Librarian, Lt. Shri M J Kundaliya Arts & Commerce College, Rajkot) & Pallavi Raulji (Oasis).

2nd Seminar For Vadodara Hosted by Oasis On 11th December

On 11th Dec, 2011, Vadodara region program "Learning Principals Of Learning Schools" was organized at Oasis Valleys Institute, Chanod. 24 School Principals & Teachers participated in the program. Smt. Urvashi Jhala (Sunrise Vidya Vilas School, Dist. Vadodara), Dr. Ila Mistry (Mother's School, Vadodara), Gangotriben (St. Joseph High School, Vadodara) and Falgunbhai (Shaishav, Bhavnagar) presented their work during the program. The program was coordinated & conducted by Preeti Nair (Oasis) & Pallavi Raulji (Oasis).

Fountain Head School, Surat Hosted 3rd Seminar On 12th December

Third of its kind, Oasis event on "Learning Principals of Learning School" was hosted by Fountain Head School, Surat on 12th Dec, 2011. 39 Principals & Teachers participated in the seminar. Falgunbhai (Shaishav, Bhavnagar) and Fountain Head School presented their projects. The program was conducted by Vardan Kabra (Fountain Head School) and the event was co-ordinated by Dr. Ami Desai (Oasis).
