iLearn Dialog Circle: Self-leadership Program at Mindtree, Bangalore

iLearn Dialog Circle, an advanced leadership program designed for an inhouse project at Mindtree, was conducted at their Bangalore office for 2 batches of leaders. The first workshop on 23-24 July 2013, consisted 19 participants.This program is being facilitated by Sheeba Nair, Oasis.

Excellent workshop I have found

આ કાર્યશાળા અત્યાર સુધીમાં ક્યારેય કલ્પના ન કરી હોય તેવી મને લાગેલ છે. જિંદગીમાં જે ઘણી છૂપી શક્તિઓ હોય છે પરંતુ તેને કેવી પ્રક્રિયાથી, કેમ અને કેવી રીતે ડેવલોપ કરીને હું મારા સ્વપ્નો સાકાર કરીને મહાન બની શકં તેનું યોગ્ય માર્ગદર્શન મળ્યું. આ ત્રણ દિવસ ‘સેલ્ફ ડેવલોપમેન્ટ’ની ટ્રેનિંગ લીધા પછી ખરેખર અત્યારે હું ક્યાં છું, કયા રસ્તે જઈ રહ્યો છું અને ક્યાં જવાનું છે તે લક્ષ્ય દેખાઈ રહ્યું છે જેને હું સિદ્ધ કરીશ.

Environment Awareness Camp For Fountainhead School Children

During 12-14 August 2013, an Environment Awareness Camp was organized at Oasis Valleys for 5th Graders of Fountainhead School, Surat. In two groups, 82 children visited Oasis Valleys; each group staying overnight. The purpose of visit and the camp was to deepen their understanding regarding the ecosystems & their inter-dependence. Oasis Valleys being a place with rich bio-diversity, provided a very good platform to learn interdependence in a closed ecosystem. The program consisted of a detailed Campus Visit followed by watching a documentary on Environment Awareness and a discussion to recap what learnt from the visit. The camp was facilitated by Mehul Panchal (Oasis).
