Anil Swarup - An author and Founder Chairman of the ‘Nexus of Good’ movement, is a retired IAS officer of Uttar Pradesh cadre and 1981 batch.

He’s known for bringing groundbreaking reforms in various sectors during his illustrious career spanning 38 years. Later, he went on to become the Secretary to the Government of India.

He was nominated as one of the Policy Change Agent by The Economic Times during  2010, 2012, 2015 & 2016.
Thanks to his action-oriented approach as a Civil Servant, he was also selected as one of the 35 Action Heroes in India Today’s 35th Annual Edition

-  Firm believer in the human good and patron of change through collective efforts
-  Advocate of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Model
-  Sees teachers as agents of change in education
