Following the announcement of the succession plan by founder team, we, the young team of Oasis, are grateful for love, support, and wishes given by friends, patrons, well-wishers, and supporters of Oasis. As Oasis and its culture are extremely close to our hearts, it’s understandable if you have some concerns for the future during this time. We promise to understand them and will humbly try to learn from the suggestions shared by you.
On today’s special occasion, the young team of Oasis writes to the Oasis Founder Family to share their gratitude and provide all of us a glimpse of how they will take Oasis forward with their commitment!

ઓએસિસએ હંમેશા મને મારી જિંદગી સાચી રીતે જીવવાની હિંમત આપી છે. પ્રેમ, મિત્રતા અને આઝાદી, થકી નવી પેઢીઓનો ઉદય થાય તે માટે હું મારી સમગ્ર જિંદગી પ્રયત્નો કરતો રહીશ અને ઓએસિસને સમર્પિત રહીશ.

Giving promise to Mother Earth that I am ready to spend my whole life for this beautiful cause, without a second thought. I am giving my life for humanity and to spread this movement of love and character education all over the world as the mission of my life...
I promise that I will not leave the spirit of Oasis, and will spread this Beautiful Movement across the world throughout my life without getting defeated by the circumstances or any challenges of my life. I will always learn to stand up and fly higher and higher.
I am aware of the crisis and the need of love for humanity, this is the best and only way for "Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam".

I feel immense gratitude to be a part of Oasis at this moment of my life. I, without a doubt, commit my life-time for taking the responsibility of spreading the culture of friendship, love, selflessness, honesty, giving and most importantly the spirit of building character high AHEAD in the years to come! These elements have helped me to understand life which I, with a sense of moral duty, feel to be taught to each and every growing heart today!
I understand the importance of character education and so am I ready to spread this like a wild fire in the world. I’m grateful to the core team for trusting me capable enough to take this MASHAAL ahead.
I heartily promise to never give up in the time of struggles, problems, conflicts or even disasters. I promise to be BRAVE and will protect the honesty and purity of Oasis in the years to come.

Oasis has given me innumerable things but more than anything else, it’s given me the dream – the dream to create a better world through Love, Friendship and Virtuous Living. There is no other way to bring a fundamental change other than building future generations through character building education.
It might be the hard and long way, but it’s the only way there is. In this never-ending quest, I commit to serve this beautiful dream by being a life-long soldier of this movement.

હું મારા જીવનના છેલ્લા શ્વાસ સુધી દેશ માટે કામ કરવા નિઃશંક તૈયાર છું
ઓએસિસ સાથે જોડાયા પહેલા આવી પણ કોઈ દુનિયા હશે તેવી મેં ક્યારેય કલ્પના જ નહોતી કરી. અને આજે જાણે હું એ દુનિયાની એક કાયમી રહેવાસી બની ગઈ છું. છેલ્લા 30 વર્ષથી ઓએસિસ જે રીતે દુનિયામાં ઊભું રહ્યું છે અને લોકોના હ્રદયમાં જે રીતે સ્થાન પામ્યું છે હું તે જ રીતે ઓએસિસને વધુ ને વધુ લોકો સુધી પહોંચાડવા હંમેશા તત્પર જ છું. આજે ઓએસિસ સાથે એવું એકાકીપણું થઈ ગયું છે કે તેને છોડવું એટલે પોતાના આત્માથી દૂર થવા બરાબર છે.
હું ઓએસિસ સાથે રહું છું અને જીવું છું તેના કરતાં "ઓએસિસ મારી અંદર જીવતું છે" તેવું કહેવું હું વધારે પસંદ કરીશ. હું જ્યાં જઈશ ઓએસિસ મારી અંદર હંમેશા ખીલતું અને પ્રસરતું રહેશે. હું મારા જીવનના છેલ્લા શ્વાસ સુધી આ જ રીતે અહીં અને દેશ માટે કામ કરવા નિઃશંક તૈયાર છું.

I will be here at Oasis for full time as this movement needs so many young hearts to make an environment of friendship and love around the world. I am very grateful for having this golden opportunity. Yes, I will be facing so many problems/ struggles, but I will not step back. I will be one of the torchbearers for all in my own field.

હું માનું છું કે ખુશ, હકારાત્મક અને પ્રેમાળ લોકો હોય તો તે સમાજ, દેશ અને રાષ્ટ્રનો વિકાસ થાય જ છે અને મારુ સ્વપ્ન છે ખુશ, હકારાત્મક અને પ્રેમાળ પૂર્વી બની તેવા સમાજનું નિર્માણ કરવામાં યોગદાન આપવાનું. ઓએસિસની કાર્યશાળા થકી મને મારૂ અનન્ય જીવન લક્ષ્ય મળ્યું છે. અને જે સહજતાથી, સરળતાથી અને હિંમતથી હું પોતાના અંતરાત્માને અનુસરી જીવનને ઓપ આપી સંબંધોની માવજત કરી રહી છું. આ અનુભવ વધારે લોકો સુધી પહોંચાડવા હું કટિબદ્ધ છું. દિલથી મારુ યોગદાન આપવા તૈયાર છું.
