Misaal Winners Enjoy Prize Workshops
Festival Of Living-Loving-Learning (L3)
ABOUT MISAAL:

Our education system produces experts in various fields but fails to empower good hearts to deal with problems of life, society or country at large. Through Misaal, promising young leaders of the society (after being screened) are gifted with Oasis Greatness Course (Living-Loving-Learning (L3) Series of Workshops) which enables them to be Change Agents in society.
Magic of Misaal
"As a youth I had lost myself. I was completely wasting my time in social media etc. This workshop made me realise that it's  important to love our goals & our life. It has transformed my perspective of what a 'good' life really means."

~ Ashlesh Kapadiya, Misaal Winner, Gujarat
"It feels like I have reclaimed the fire, the confidence, the 'ME' I had lost somewhere. "
~ Seejal P.S., Misaal Winner, Kerala

Reflections:  Independence & Relationships (Year 1)

"This workshop shows us that we can do anything. Whatever we learn here will help us lead an honourable & successful life."
~ Shafiya Ayoub , Misaal Winner,  Jammu & Kashmir

"I feel happy that I recognised the faults in myself. Instead of pointing fingers at others I want to change my own life.  I learnt to forgive people in my life who hurt me the most to be relieved from my pain and focus on my personal growth."
~ Sherine Farsana, Misaal Winner, Kerala
Reflections: Learning to Love (Year 2)

"
‘Love should be thoughtful’ this statement is stuck in my mind. And now I strongly believe in it."
~ Anushree Sariya, Misaal Winner, Gujarat

"I am glad to be introduced to the topic of 'Self-Love' and to have realised that in its absence, it's impossible to really love anyone else. I understood that love is not everything being rosy, goody & happy all the time, often times it's discipline & pain - which is essential for growth.
~ Jigna Kesariya, Misaal Winner, Gujarat
Learning is an active process in L3 workshops through Role Plays & Group Discussions
Love for Facilitators from Participants
"The most important thing I observed in them is that they are not just facilitators, they are the torch bearers of this generation. They have the motto to serve the youth and nation."

~ R. Devaraj, Misaal Winner, Telangana
"Our facilitator was so sweet and calm, her way of expressing things was amazing. I will miss her and whenever I will meet with a difficult situation in life, her words will be my guiding light. "

~ Priyanka Kumari, Misaal Winner, Delhi
A process that enriches all involved...
Facilitators Reflection
"I observed that the present generation has many qualities far beyond our imagination. The way they are facing their problems gave us courage to deal with our own problems. These 4 days gave me more satisfaction than my 11 years of teaching experience.  In my entire life I had not experienced the feeling of contentment that I got here."

~Dr. A. Madhuri , Facilitator (L3-1, Telangana)
"I had a different kind of experience and satisfaction. Every session was a new experience in delivering the concepts and learning from the participants.  As a team we worked together with coordination and cooperation to create harmony amongst participants and facilitators ."

~ Dr. K. Sarojini Chakravarthy, Facilitator (L3-1, Telangana)
"I believe learning is always two ways but probably in L3 we as facilitators learn more as we make ourselves ready for each and every possibility and solve a lot of problems on the way. I have made world-class memories that I will cherish forever!"

~ Mahesh DV, Co- Facilitator (L3-1, Kerala)
"As a facilitator I feel blessed working with teens & youths through the L3 workshop. I tasted the flavour of integrity for the first time. I feel elated to even think I'm part of such a process where learning is always with a lot of love and respect!"

~ Anzar Paul, Co-Facilitator, (L3-1, Jammu & Kashmir)
"While facilitating I learnt to give space to the students interaction, which was different from teaching. I lived all the concepts in a much better way. It opened the door for heart to heart learning with the young friends."

~Dr. V. Varaprasad , Facilitator (L3-1, Telangana)
"This process made me learn a lot, increased my confidence that I can face people of my age, and do well as a facilitator. Whenever someone asked questions, the way we clarified helped us refine our knowledge about the concept. Facilitation is one of the valuable things that I do for my growth. "

~ Keerthana, Facilitator (L3-1, Kerala)

"The  L3 workshop has so much wisdom packed into it that no matter how many times you do it - as a participant or facilitator, you ALWAYS enrich yourself newly. So grateful to be part of a process where developing your own self is key to facilitate development of others."

~ Riya Shah, Facilitator (Love -1 & 2, Oasis Valleys)
"Taking a workshop for teens and youths  gives me a boost to live better, and helps me to understand today's youths and their beliefs. Always I realise that empowering youths positively is easier as they are very enthusiastic to learn and change . It convinces me to increase my commitment to take more workshops for social development through them."

~ Aatmaja Soni , Facilitator (Love-2, Oasis Valleys)
"My paradigm towards the learning skills and grasping abilities of Government Degree College students is completely shifted. What also touched me was the true love of students and their gratitude towards me. Almost everybody cried in the hug session & somebody even said 'I love you sir'."

~Dr. Yugandhar Bandi, Facilitator (L3-1, Telangana)
"It was a wonderful fruitful workshop. I personally enjoyed learning all the concepts myself. Concept delivery by facilitators were interactive, crystal clear and powerful. Facilitators enthusiasm & energy made the environment apt for learning.  "

~ Vinit Jain , Co-Facilitator (Love-1 & 2, Oasis Valleys)
"Conducting any self development workshop at Oasis brings me back to myself and so was the last Integrity workshop. It was a wonderful time as when I was teaching I was able to recognise my problems and work over them. Little time teaching was a bundle of learning for me."

~ Avadhi Shah , Facilitator (Integrity -2, Oasis Valleys)
"The dedication, discipline, curiosity, active participation, deep involvement, punctuality, love and affection of the participants made me love facilitation. I personally enjoyed every moment of this facilitation experience. "

~ D. Dayakar, Facilitator (L3-1, Telangana)
"For youths to embrace life-changing challenges, a facilitators unwavering belief in their potential is the only thing that can inspire them. This made me rethink and brush-off many of my paradigms and enabled me to see through the lens of unconditional love."

~ Jay Thakkar, Facilitator (Integrity 2, Oasis Valleys)
