L3 Teens' Workshops

હું શિબિરમાં પહેલા બહુ ઇમોશનલ હતી. બહુ નેગેટિવ વિચારતી, બહુ રડતી, આત્મવિશ્વાસ બહુ ઓછો હતો પરંતુ આ શિબિર કરીને મને કોઈ વાત પર દુ:ખ નથી અને હું પોઝિટિવ રહું છું. ~ Radhika Karmur, Vasai High School, Navsari

અમે મસ્તી કરતાં ત્યારે તેઓ અમને ખિજાતા નહીં કદાચ આ ભાઈ ના બદલે બીજા કોઈ હોય તો તેઓ અમને જરૂર ખિજાય. આ ભાઈએ જેવી રીતે શીખવ્યું તે રીતે શિક્ષક પણ ન શીખવી શકે. મારી જિંદગીનો યાદગાર અને આ યાદગાર ભાઈ છે. મને આવા ભાઈ કોઈ દિવસ ન મળ્યા. But we enjoy the Learning Journey...
Steadily, the Young team has been taking responsibilities of many projects and important roles at Oasis to reach the goals achieved by senior friends over the last few years while learning from them.
Our challenge is to achieve the quantitative goals, while matching quality standards with spirit & character - the true legacy which Oasis Movement and our senior friends have given us.
We always try that, while locking the camps or registering for workshops or leading any projects it's important that we do everything with truthfulness and idealism. While there should be no greediness to achieve only the numbers, We must equally strive hard to maximise our productivity.
We are so grateful to our senior friends for every time they have supported us in all our struggle. They made us realise that it's okay to make mistakes, it is how fast we learn from them and correct them that matters.
Still there is a lot to learn, many mistakes to be made, much to positively overcome. But we are THRILLED! After all, the ground shouldn't be a bed of roses for us. We await endless adventures and challenges in this journey of takeover to grow this movement ahead..
