Oasis Goes International: Educators from 12 countries participated in Oasis Courses at Oasis Valleys. The two week long Convention was managed by young team of Trustees. Friends across borders were floored by amazing stories of young Trustees at Oasis!

Oasis Movement's 5 year Succession Program began in 2019-20. In the year 2024, young trustees reached an important milestone of the spiral upward journey of Succession. They passed through various critical challenges and situations and proved they have matured for beginning to take over the reins of Oasis Movement.
After taking over Oasis Programs in Gujarat from the Seniors’ Team in 2024,12 Young Trustees/Leaders of Oasis reorganised and relaunched Oasis Programs in 1000 schoolsin 22 districts (out of 33 total districts) of Gujarat, achieving the objective of Oasis Sahastrashala Project right from the word GO!
Glimpses of Nachiketa Project Field Visit by Oasis Young Team.
Swami Vivekananda once said: "Give me a hundred Nachiketas, so that I will make a strong India”. Young Team of Oasis, themselves an emblem of modern Nachiketas, embarked upon the journey of finding “Nachiketas” amongst students across schools of Gujarat. Approximately 400 students participated in this competition.

Oasis Dream India Camp, a 7 day residential character building program at Bangalore from 21st to 27th May 2024 was conducted by Riya Shah, Young Leader of Oasis. Moreover, DICs were conducted for the first time in Chennai by her from 22nd to 28th April, 2024 and from 14th to 21st July 2024. She also organised a Leadership Special DIC at Bangalore from 5th to 11th October, 2024.

Meanwhile, schools reopened after summer vacation in Gujarat, and young leader Trustees commenced an array of Oasis Programs in all major regions of Gujarat. It was a mammoth challenge as they needed to travel right from Bhuj in Western Gujarat to Valsad Vapi in Southern Gujarat, including Saurashtra and Central Gujarat.

80+ students from 17 districts of Gujarat attended the 7 days' Leadership Education Camp from 25th to 31st July 2024. On 1st August 2024, at Vadodara, 'Oasis Nachiketa Awards - Prize Distribution Ceremony' was organised to felicitate the youths who reflected the spark of being future Nachiketa - an example amongst other youths.

One of the flagship projects of Oasis, “Misaal” Competition was vigorously launched in Gujarat and other states by Oasis Young Team. They approached 5800+ students for Misaal Project across 8 cities in Gujarat, resulting in around 145+ Misaal Winners at the end of month long process. Flood played havoc simultaneously in Vadodara city.
“Oasis Saamarthya Misaal Camp” to Empower Girls as Leaders was conducted successfully for 5 days with 80+ girls from 7 districts of Kashmir from 23rd to 28th September 2024 at Srinagar, Kashmir. Also, on 1st September, young leaders of Oasis organised a Gratitude Event at Oasis Valleys for around 60 rural guests from the neighbouring villages.
Misaal Celebration Events in Gujarat and TolstoyNi Jivankathao Book Launch.
145+ Misaal winners were gifted prizes in regional celebration events. In 8 cities of Gujarat, events were organised and all these events were independently led by Oasis Youngs Trustees. On 15th October, the book "TolstoyNi Jivankathao", translated by the Youngest Translator in history of Gujarati literature, Tanya Khatri, was launched at Ahmedabad.
2024 Misaal winners' L3 batches and Oasis Saamarthya Camp Group Photo.
Misaal prize workshops (L3 - Living, Loving & Learning) began in 8 regions of Gujarat by Young Trustees. 'Oasis Life Camp' training program for teachers was organised from 21st to 23rd November at Valsad. A new program 'Oasis Saamarthya Camp' to empower girls was also launched at Saurashtra in this month.
2024 Oasis Gujarat Annual Retreat by Young Team and Kashmir Girls Leadership Camp.
First “Annual Retreat” by Young Trustees after taking charge of Oasis Movement across Gujarat, was organised from 1st to 3rd December 2024 at Oasis Valleys. 80+ hearts including students & principals experienced the magic of impact of Oasis Programs. Also, 17 girls from Kashmir attended 'Leadership Camp' from 12th to 15th December, 2024 at Oasis Valleys.
