Oasis Movement announced the Succession Program in 2020 and Oasis is humbled to announce the completion of the first phase of the Succession Process. "Oasis Succession Rumination Retreat" was held as a milestone of the process at Oasis Valleys from 23-26 January 2025. Young Trustees shared their convictions & aspirations as they commit their lives to take forward character education to the world.

National Group of School & NGO Heads Trained for Facilitating "Asafalata Ki Aisi Ki Taisi" Programs at Oasis Valleys on 29th January 2025. 16 Oasis friends participated in the training, which was facilitated by Dr. Neha Vakharia and Mehul Panchal.
19 Heads of Institutions & Principals, School Education, Kashmir Division (Govt of J&K) participated in the 3rd and concluding Jyotirdhar Workshop, followed by Oasis Workshop Facilitation Training from 29 Jan - 4 Feb 2025 at Oasis Valleys, Gujarat. The workshop was facilitated by Siddharth & Anuradha Mehta and the Facilitation Training program was facilitated by Sheeba Nair & Pallavi Panchal.
20 Heads of Institutions & Principals, School Education, Jammu Division, participated in the 3rd and concluding Jyotirdhar Workshop, followed by Workshop Facilitation Training from 22-26 April 2025 at the SCERT Divisional Office, Jammu, which was facilitated by Tina Vasudeva & Mehul Panchal.
4- South India NGOs Facilitators Training Program

A workshop on “Leading in Relationships” for Founders and Senior Leaders of Karnataka NGOs, under the PIF project, took place with 11 participants on 1-3 February 2025 at the Indian Social Institute, Bangalore. Manisha Mehta was the facilitator & Neeta Sanghvi was the co-facilitator.
Life Camp Facilitator Training Programwith 26 Participants from 7 NGOs from Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad from 2-4 May 2025 at the Indian Social Institute, Bangalore.Dr. Neha Vakharia and Neeta Sanghvi were the facilitators. In continuation, with 27 students of Building Blocks, Neeta Sanghvi and Manisha Mehta, along with 7 co-learners from 3 NGOs, took the first demo life camp at Ankita School, Bilekahalli, Bangalore.

First workshop on “Success with Self” for staff of Ernakulam Collectorate Office with 24 participants from 12-14 February 2025 at Rajiv Gandhi Sport Complex and Indoor Stadium, Kochi. Dr. Neha Vakharia was the lead facilitator and Sundaram Ganesh and Fathimath Shana Nazree were the co-facilitators.
6- Oasis Publications Navigating Students Towards True Education

Oasis team conducted "Exam and Result Ki Aisi Ki Taisi" sessions to prevent exam fear amongst students & "Jivan Sadhak Nachiketa" Book sessions to instill character qualities in students in various cities of Gujarat during January - March 2025. We reach out to thousands of students through these book sessions.

In April 2025, Oasis sponsored "Oasis Publication" books on character-building education to one thousand schools across more than fifteen districts of Gujarat under the Oasis Sahastrashala project, to enhance school libraries for the benefit of students.
8- Oasis Dream India Camp At Odisha

Oasis Dream India Camp, a 7-day residential character-building program, was warmly welcomed at Rural Livelihood Training Centre (RLTC), Keonjhar, Odisha. Riya Shah led this magical camp from 26 March - 2 April 2025 with 30 participants along with 4 other faculty members.
Also, DIC Celebration Ceremony at Centre for Youth Development (CYSD), Bhubaneshwar on 9th April, with 50+ participants and DIC faculty training program with 7 teachers on 7-8 April 2025.
9- Oasis Launched Three Campaigns
For Kashmiris, it is all encouraging and well-suited to the occasion. This has been given wide publicity in Kashmir and people from all walks of life liked it and thanked the Oasis for standing with the people of J&K in this hour of need. ~ M. M. Gulzar, J&K
After the Pahalgam (Kashmir) attack, Oasis has decided to release educational videos, addressed to Gen Z, to show various perspectives of terrorism in general and of the Pahalgam attack in particular under the Oasis Mass Education Series.

Also, DIC celebration ceremony on 14th May 2025 at Jagana Jain Tirth, Banaskantha with 200+ participants and Banaskantha schools principals meeting with 20 principals on 25th April 2025 at V J Patel High School, Vadgam.

"Hazaron Khwahishen Aisi" a full-day (8am-8pm) workshop on Ghazals appreciation on 14 March 2025 and "Hazaron Khwahishen Aisi Part 2" on 18 May 2025 was conducted by Sanjiv Shah to inspire the young generation to explore and appreciate the true art of Ghazals, Poetry & Songs.
