Something special about this camp was that the facilitators were very good. Their sweet smiles on their faces, regardless of the situation and even when there are participants not attending the sessions, they do not judge anyone. OASIS has such beautiful facilitators. ~ Rani Maharana, Coordinator, CYSD, Odisha
People say to me, "You are very weak, you can't do anything." Earlier, I used to cry, but now I won't cry - I will become strong and show them. ~ Debaki Majhi, Odisha
Wealth of Quiet Strength:
Odisha taught me so much. From officials to children, everyone felt grounded and full of heart. Their rootedness, integrity and quiet strength hold a kind of wealth we often overlook. I carry with me a quiet hope: that as we build outward, we also remember to preserve what’s already whole within.
~ Riya Shah, Young Team Member, Oasis Movement
