Doesn't it sometimes feel LIFE IS UNFAIR....?

1. When no one truly loves or understands us?
2. When we aren't recognized for our work & contribution?
3. When we have to deal with uncontrollable feelings of anger, jealousy, insecurity etc.?
4. When our outcomes fail to meet our expectations, despite giving our best?
5. When something seems to go wrong, every time we try to set things right?

Imagine realizing - it was 100% in OUR hands to positively flip all above situations! Hard to believe?? Oasis Youths thought so too... until...

In the span of 3 workshops, facilitators Sanjiv Shah & Sheeba Nair (Founder Members, Oasis Movement), challenged & convinced the young generation that the most dignified & wise way to live life is by, fully, completely, wholly, taking its responsibility, no exceptions whatsoever!
'My life is my responsibility' in my opinion, is the highest secret/ teaching in the world to live a fulfilled life, nothing compares. Through this one truth, I somehow feel the workshop has given me the key to all of my life's problems.

~ Vaishnavi Tapaniya
Whenever I faced an issue in my life, naturally I'd blame it outside. This workshop has drastically changed my thinking - now I won't dare look anywhere else but within.

~ Chetan Dharajiya
The sad reality is that there is hardly any real guidance or living inspirations for youths to navigate the challenges of the outside world. I think this workshop masterfully filled this void.

~ Riya Shah
For me, 'feelings' was an area I was completely clueless about - like darkness. This workshop, in that context, played a role of light in my life. ~ Tanya Khatri

I think emotions are an indispensable part of us and every youth should attend such an educative workshop to master this aspect! ~ Kashish Sharma
Now I actually understand what it means when I say I 'feel' something! ~ Purva Patel

I learnt that being sad is okay, but we must learn from it; being depressed is okay, but we should hurry up and change something within! It's about being aware and boss of our feelings and living life beautifully! ~ Drashti Korat
Reference & input material for the workshop
I have a very loving complaint... This workshop has completely blocked my previously desired option of escaping from a problem by blaming it outside... Now I know, everything is within me. ~ Pranav Suryavanshi
I learnt how to be selfish in the right way. Let's assume there may be a situation where it's 99% the fault of the opposite person, but is it wise to wait for that person to change? By only focusing on my 1% I become invincible! ~ Divya Hadiya
Reflections from Beneficiaries...
Sanjivbhai’s each and every statement gave me the vibration that he wants to give everything he has to us, purely out of love and care. His willingness to help us is completely selfless. I was touched by the fact that Sheeba didi is more determined to help us solve our problems than us too. And of course, her smile is the most comforting thing ever!
~ Drashti Korat
Facilitators spoke form their life experiences which made this workshop special and helpful for each and every participant, including me. They explained complicated & complex concepts in very simple words and that’s their most powerful quality!
~ Shailesh Agrawal
To preach is one thing, but to LIVE it, is another.

I have heard many philosophies saying 'Respect each child', 'each child is unique' etc. in several books & through many people. I experienced it first hand in this workshop. Many times I found myself annoyed at the sharing of some participants, but when I looked towards facilitators, their effort to understand, their smile & their love was intact.
At the end of the workshop I saw unimaginable transformation in those participants!
It was then, that I realized the true meaning & practice of respect. This is just an example. But I feel so privileged to learn from Sanjivbhai & Sheebadidi because learning with them always goes beyond words and seeps straight in our hearts. I had heard 'My Life Is My Responsibility' many times, but it has never had such an impact on me before. Thank you for your humility, inspiration, patience, unconditional love & everything that you do. Love you both!
