Mental Health for Students: October 2025

Why? Because today’s students carry enormous pressures—exams, competition, social media, and expectations. And yet, mental health is often ignored.

“Mental Health of our Students has become a serious issue today.”

Across India, nearly 1 in 7 young people faces mental health challenges, and student suicides are at a record high (NCRB 2022).

Stress can sometimes sharpen focus, but too much stress can break us down—just like a guitar string.

“You’re not alone.” 💛

Actor Deepika Padukone opens up about the stigma around mental health in a heartfelt conversation with neuroscientist Dr. Murali Doraiswamy.

A powerful dialogue filled with courage, insight, and hope — reminding every young mind that seeking help is strength, not shame. 🌱 ✨
