WHY
Do you know of any schools where – A Principal is learning to lead by example, Teachers are learning to be inspiration and Students are learning to be great human beings? Have you heard of a system where Parents & Teachers are learning to be facilitators, and where students run the school on the principles of democracy? This dream of an ideal school has led us to launch the Misaal Schools Project. This is where the school becomes a catalyst in the growth of the neighborhood society, and students fulfill their dreams of an ideal life.
HOW
The Misaal Schools Project is preparing hundreds of Model Schools where learning culture is promoted in various dimensions. These schools are intended to become instrumental for cultural change in the society and lead by example for many other schools. The role of Oasis is to bring school leaders on one platform, who dream to bring such philosophies in their schools. Oasis helps and empowers them to create vision, mission and a proper road-map to reach the ultimate goal.
