What we do for LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
WHY
In the Indian society, most of the youths do not get the opportunity and freedom to work on their dreams. Give it to the family set up, their thoughts are not given importance. In many cases, they end up becoming dependent. Oasis believes that youths need a platform where they can build strong character for themselves and have the freedom to make choices. They need the freedom to make mistakes and learn from them. This entire process teaches them to be on their own feet and find a way towards fulfilling their dreams.
HOW
Misaal Honourship Explorer (MHE) Program is a 2-5 year residential Advanced Leadership course for the youths & teenagers. It is like a scholarship or fellowship where financial support is extended to all the participants in addition to education and training around life-oriented themes. They learn to take charge of their lives and become independent – financially, mentally, emotionally and physically. The program focuses on the overall growth of the participant to become a positive leader in society in his or her talent area.
