WHY

Our education system produces experts in various fields but not good enough hearts to deal with problems of life, society or country at large. Given an opportunity and guided well, children and youths have the potential to resolve not only their own problems but also have the heart and mind to contribute towards society. All they need is an opportunity to bring out their inherent leadership qualities.

HOW

Misaal Project to spot, inspire, prepare, guide and support teenagers, youths, teachers and citizens. It is for all those who wish to bring about a positive cultural change in the society and country at large. The promising leaders in the Misaal Project are screened at three levels – Written Expression, Group Dialogue & Field Project. Those who complete all the levels get Leadership Education, Greatness Course, Project Assistance and many other gifts from Oasis which help them be Change Agents.
