What we do for LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
WHY
When we mention the word ‘Military’, the image of soldiers comes to our mind. Soldiers are an emblem of obedience, discipline, will power, courage and such virtues. That’s the very idea behind Military Training Program by Oasis. While Oasis believes in freedom and encourages students’ ability to ask questions, it also believes that follow orders, for becoming great leaders, they need to first learn to be great soldiers. Oasis has designed a basic mind-body training for these purposes, with a hope that it will prepare them to be better citizens.
HOW
Oasis Military Training is all about making students experience strength of mind and body, to discover what Will Power can do, using Military Training Apparatus. A basic set up for such training is created at Oasis Valleys Campus (at Chanod, Dist Vadodara, Gujarat). This will be used in multiple ways, as a 15-day fully dedicated camp as well as part of different programs. This will be mandatory for all youths who join Oasis to be a leader to serve society. In the program, tough daily routine not only challenges physique but mind too and in turn they are strengthened.
